Customers find the pillow comfortable, with one comparing it to a high-end hotel pillow, and appreciate that it can be adjusted to personal preferences. The softness and cooling effect receive mixed feedback – while some find it very soft and cooling, others say it’s too soft and not as cooling as advertised. The pillow’s neck support and value for money also get mixed reviews, with some finding it provides good support while others report no support at all, and some saying it’s not what they expected.
