Customers find the dust removal tool useful for baseboards and appreciate its ergonomic design, with one mentioning it saves them from getting on their knees. However, the product receives mixed feedback about its ease of use, with some finding it easier to use while others say it’s not as easy as it looks. Moreover, the stability and sturdiness are significant concerns, as the head keeps coming unscrewed from the pole and the handle is super flimsy. Additionally, the swivel mechanism is problematic, with customers noting the head swivels in a weird way and the pad rotates too easily.
