Product description

Why is no water coming out of the espresso machine?

Air may be trapped in the water line, especially during first use. Fill and reinstall the water tank, then open the steam knob and run the hot water function until water flows steadily. Repeat if needed.

What should I do if the grinder stops working?

Turn off the machine and clean the bean hopper and grinder outlet. Coffee oil or fine powder may block the grinder. Restart after cleaning and make sure beans are dry.

Why does the steam wand spray water at first?

A small amount of water may come out before steam builds. Turn the steam knob briefly to purge water, then wait until steady steam appears before frothing milk.

Why does the machine leak water?

Check whether the water tank, drip tray, and portafilter are installed correctly. Empty the tray regularly and make sure the portafilter is firmly locked before brewing.

Why is the steam wand not frothing milk?

Press the frothing button and wait until the machine is ready. For best results, use cold whole milk with at least 3% fat at 41–50°F (5–10°C), then insert the steam wand and turn the steam knob to start frothing.
