Customers find the bath rug to be of good quality, highly absorbent, and easy to wash and dry. The appearance receives positive feedback, with customers noting it looks like high-quality hotel style. The thickness and durability receive mixed reviews – while some find it nice and thick, others say it’s too thin for a floor mat, and while some say it holds up well after washing, others report it falling apart after washing. The rug’s size is also mixed, with some finding the 20 x 31 inch size perfect for their bathroom, while others say it’s smaller than typical bathmats. The slip resistance is a concern, with customers reporting that it slides around on the floor and has no non-slip backing.
