Customers find the door lock set to be a quality product that offers great value for money, with one customer noting it can be replaced multiple times for the same cost. They appreciate its appearance, with one mentioning it looks and feels like expensive brands, and find it easy to install, with one noting everything aligns without extra drilling. The functionality receives positive feedback, working well with August Smart Lock Pro, and customers find it easy to use. Durability is mixed, with some finding it sturdy while others report it breaking after six months, and the handle durability is problematic as the key gets stuck in the lock.
