Customers find the bathroom hardware set to be of good quality, with a finish that makes it look more expensive than its price point. The installation process is straightforward, with one customer noting the helpful template for bracket placement, and they appreciate its sturdiness and functionality. The fit receives mixed feedback – while some say it matches fixtures perfectly, others report issues with large rolls not fitting and the toilet paper holder being too small. The hardware receives criticism for missing components and requiring tiny screws that are difficult to work with.
