The thickness and flatness receive mixed feedback – while some find them not too thin to be comfy and stay flat after fluffing, others say they’re not as advertised. The quality and value for money also get mixed reviews, with some finding them fantastic and worth the price, while others consider them substandard and a waste of money. The neck support and clumping aspects are mixed, with some saying they provide wonderful support while others report no support at all and mention the pillows getting lumpy.
