Customers find the chainsaw to be a great value, with a battery that provides up to 3+ hours of work and cuts through branches up to 3-4 inches thick. They appreciate its ease of use, with one customer noting it’s easier than a 18-inch gas chainsaw, and its versatility, with one mentioning it’s handy for trimming 4×4’s. While the power and performance receive positive feedback, the chain tightness is a concern as customers report the chain loosening and coming off frequently. The durability receives mixed reviews, with some saying it lasts a long time while others report it doesn’t hold up well.
