Customers find the office chair exceeds expectations, is comfortable with its reclined position, and is easy to assemble with clear instructions. The appearance receives positive feedback for its nice look and leather-style finish. However, the cushioning receives mixed reviews, with some finding it thick while others say it’s poorly cushioned. Moreover, durability and stability are concerns as the chair breaks quickly and won’t stay in position, while opinions on value for money are divided between those who consider it a good buy and those who find it not worth the price.
