Insert the beams into the keyhole slots and tap each connection downward with the included rubber mallet until fully seated.

Add the Center Supports

Install one short center support across the 16-inch depth of every empty shelf frame before placing the MDF boards.

Place the Shelf Boards

Lower each MDF board into its completed steel frame. Confirm that every board sits flat before organizing your stored items.

Assemble the DineNshine five-tier shelving unit in four straightforward steps. Join the uprights, fully seat the rivet-lock connections, install the center supports and place the MDF shelf boards.

Will the connected upright sections remain stable under stored weight?

Yes. The upper and lower posts join at the designated center point, where a surrounding shelf frame reinforces the connection. Fully seat the rivets with the included rubber mallet and install the anti-tip hardware before loading.

How much weight can each shelving unit hold?

Each rack supports up to 2,400 lbs total and 480 lbs per shelf when weight is evenly distributed. A center support bar beneath each MDF board helps transfer weight across the steel frame.

Can the rack be assembled as two shorter units?

Yes. Assemble it as one 72-inch five-tier rack or divide it into two lower storage units for placement beneath windows, beside workbenches or along separate walls.

Can the shelf heights be adjusted for large items?
