Customers find the toaster to be well-made and appreciate its appearance, timer, and value for money. The wide slots work perfectly for bagels and cut sourdough bread, though some find them too small for regular toast. The heating performance and toasting results receive mixed feedback – while some say it heats evenly, others note the exterior gets hotter than usual, and some report uneven toasting. Durability is a concern, with customers reporting burned toast at the lowest setting.
