Customers find the reacher tool works well and appreciate its quality, with the magnets at the gripper end being particularly handy. The tool effectively picks up small objects and makes it easier to retrieve items from the floor, while being good for relatively light items. The sturdiness and ease of use receive mixed feedback – while some find it strong and easy to use, others report it breaking easily and having issues with the claw not closing properly. Value for money opinions are also mixed, with some considering it worth the price while others find it a waste of money.
