Will the remote trigger the alarm accidentally if I keep it in my pocket?
No. The remote buttons are designed with a protective cover to help prevent accidental pressing when carried in a pocket, bag, or with keys.
How can I confirm that the device is armed?
After pressing the Lock button on the remote, the unit will beep 1 time and the LED indicator will flash 4 times. This means the device has entered real-time monitoring mode.
Since it uses batteries, what is the Type-C port for?
For long-term monitoring needs (such as garages or RVs),you can connect a Type-C power cable for continuous power supply. In this case, the batteries serve as backup power during outages. It is recommended to check the battery status every 3 months.
If I walk past the sensor twice in a row, how long is the delay before the second alarm?
After the first alarm, the system performs a 5-second environmental calibration to reduce false alarms. After 5 seconds, if human movement is still detected, the alarm will sound again immediately.
How can I tell if the batteries are low?
When the battery voltage drops below 2.4V, any motion detection or button operation will trigger a low-battery warning: the unit will emit “ding” and the LED light will flash four times.
