Customers find the smart lock easy to install and appreciate its appearance, with one noting it requires no cutting or power tools. The lock offers multiple access methods and enhances home security by allowing door locking from different rooms. While many say it works like a charm, some report it stops functioning completely. The programmability and compatibility receive mixed feedback – customers can set up different codes for each person, but some struggle with Bluetooth connectivity and Alexa integration.
