If the safe unlocks, your fingerprint wasn’t saved properly and you’ll need to re-register it. If the safe stays locked, the fingerprint was recorded successfully.Q. I accidentally locked the key inside the gun safe after unboxing it. What should I do?A. Use the included USB cable (or any standard USB data cable) to plug into the safe’s charging port.
