Customers find the smart lock’s quality positive and appreciate its versatility with key, fob, keypad, finger scan, and app access options. However, the reliability and value for money receive mixed feedback – while some say it works well and consider it a good purchase, others report it stops working after 5 months and consider it a waste of money. Moreover, the fingerprint recognition and Bluetooth connectivity also get mixed reviews, with some praising the fingerprint feature while others report it doesn’t always work, and while many can connect to the app easily, some have trouble with Alexa integration. Additionally, durability is a concern as customers report the lock breaking after 3 months of use.
