Customers find the water kettle reliable, with automatic shut-off feature and quick heating speed. The temperature control receives positive feedback for its range of settings and preset options for tea and coffee, while the temperature retention keeps water at the desired temperature without overheating the stove. The beeping function is criticized for being too frequent, and durability is mixed with reports of the plastic handle breaking within two years. The auto shut-off feature is also criticized for being difficult to control.
