Customers find the space heater functional with its remote control feature and appreciate its quality. However, the heat output receives mixed feedback – while some say it heats up a room within 20 minutes on level 2, others report it takes over 30 minutes to warm up. Moreover, durability is a concern as units stop working after 7 weeks, and customers express disappointment with the product. Additionally, the value for money receives negative feedback, with customers saying it’s not worth the price.
