Customers find the carpet cleaner effective at removing tough stains and odors, leaving carpets looking clean and smelling great. They appreciate its value for money, being a low-cost alternative to name-brand products, and find it super easy to use. The product foams and produces too much suds, which customers consider negative aspects.
