Customers find the dehumidifier reliable and effective, particularly noting its performance in basements and its ability to remove moisture from the air, keeping basements dry. They appreciate its quiet operation and consider it good value for the price. However, durability is a concern as multiple customers report units breaking after 3 years or failing within the warranty period. Additionally, water removal performance is mixed, with some customers amazed at the amount collected while others report no water in the tank.
