Customers find the patio furniture set visually appealing and easy to assemble, though opinions on quality and value are mixed. The size receives criticism, with customers noting the seats are smaller than expected and not suitable for larger people. Moreover, the sturdiness and comfort receive mixed feedback – while some find it sturdy and comfortable enough, others report the plastic weaving pieces falling apart and discomfort during use. Additionally, assembly issues persist with customers reporting holes not lining up properly.
