Customers find these wool dryer balls to be a better alternative to dryer sheets, helping clothes come out wrinkle-free and soft while reducing drying time. They appreciate the value for money, noting they save money on dryer sheets, and one customer mentions they pay for themselves quickly. The balls effectively fluff fabrics and eliminate the need for fabric softener, with one customer successfully using essential oils for fragrance. While some customers report static-free results, others experience static cling, and customers note the balls are much smaller than expected.
