Customers find the footrest comfortable, helping with posture and knee pain, and appreciate its functionality for both sitting and standing positions. However, the build quality receives negative feedback, with customers describing it as cheaply made. Moreover, the stability is poor as it keeps sliding from one position to another, and the durability is concerning with reports of pieces breaking within weeks of use. Additionally, the adjustability and height receive mixed reviews – while customers can adjust it back and forth, the adjustment doesn’t lock in place, and some find it not quite high enough for their needs. Value for money opinions are divided between those who find it great for the price and those who consider it not worth the cost.
