Customers praise the robotic vacuum’s cleaning performance, effectively removing dirt, dust, and grime from both rugs and hard flooring, and appreciate its smart navigation, particularly its ability to navigate through cluttered homes. The device features comprehensive mop and vacuum settings, and customers find the app user-friendly. While some customers report the device holds up to daily use and lasts over a year, others mention it broke after less than a year of use, and opinions on value for money are divided between those who find it worth the investment and those who consider it not a budget device.
