Customers appreciate the toaster’s retro design and quality, with one noting it works well for bagels. The temperature control receives positive feedback for its wide range of settings, while the toasting quality and color receive mixed reviews – some say it makes perfect toast and bagels, while others report uneven toasting, and the color doesn’t match photos. The durability is concerning, with multiple customers reporting it broke after 7 months, and the browning quality is problematic as it burns toast on one side. Value for money is also mixed, with some finding it worth the price while others say it’s not worth the cost.
