Customers find the carpet cleaner performs better than other models and is easier to use than vacuum cleaners. The machine is lightweight, easily maneuverable, and features a “dry only” option for faster drying. While some customers praise its suction power, others find it too strong. The water tank size receives criticism for being very small, and customers report having to refill and empty the machine frequently during use.
