Customers find the pillow insert offers good value for money and appreciate its softness, comfort, and appearance, particularly noting it’s nice for decorative couch pillows. The fill and size receive mixed feedback – while some say it has a great amount of fill, others find it underfilled, and while some love the size, others note it runs about 1/2″ smaller than expected. The odor and flatness aspects also get mixed reviews, with some customers reporting no bad smell while others mention an awful smell, and several noting the pillows flatten when sitting on them.
