Refresh your shower with the Moen T2472EPBL Genta LX Posi-Temp Shower Trim Kit in Matte Black. Featuring clean, contemporary styling and a streamlined profile, this shower trim kit brings a modern look to bathrooms while providing dependable everyday performance. The included Eco-Performance showerhead is designed to help conserve water while delivering a satisfying shower experience. This trim kit includes the showerhead, shower arm, shower arm flange, handle, and trim components only and requires a compatible Moen Posi-Temp® pressure-balancing valve, sold separately, to complete the installation. Posi-Temp technology helps maintain a more consistent water temperature when pressure fluctuations occur elsewhere in the home. For compatibility, Moen Posi-Temp® valves can typically be identified by a handle that rotates to turn the water on and adjust temperature, with escutcheon screws positioned near the 1:00 and 7:00 positions. Finished in Matte Black, the Genta LX collection delivers a bold, modern aesthetic that coordinates beautifully with a variety of contemporary bathroom designs.
VALVE REQUIRED: This shower valve trim kit requires valve # 2510, 2520, 2570, or 2590 to complete the installation
Customers find the shower trim kit to be a high-quality set with a modern yet transitional design and appreciate its value for money. The black matte finish and perfect fit with existing valves receive positive feedback, and customers like the color. However, the water pressure receives mixed reviews, with some finding it great while others report poor pressure. Additionally, customers report issues with missing parts, particularly the main piece needed, and durability concerns, noting scratches on the base upon arrival.
