Customers find the door lock set to be of good quality and appreciate its appearance, with one noting it looks like expensive hardware. The installation process is straightforward, and customers consider it good value for money, with one mentioning it matches their digital deadbolt perfectly. However, the functionality receives mixed feedback – while some say it works smoothly, others report issues with the key stopping working. Moreover, durability is a concern as multiple customers report it breaking within a month of use. Additionally, the locking mechanism is problematic, with customers noting that the door only opens if pulled up and cannot be opened from outside.
