Customers find the faucet to be of good quality, easy to install, and worth its price. They appreciate its functionality, with one customer noting its smooth operation, and like its color, particularly the brass finish. The water flow receives positive feedback, with one mentioning a steady stream. However, durability is a concern, with multiple customers reporting cracks after less than two years of use and fading drain caps.
