Customers give positive feedback about the toaster’s appearance, saying it looks and feels great. However, the functionality and performance receive mixed reviews – while some say it works well and makes great toast, others report it doesn’t work consistently and half the slice doesn’t get toasted. Moreover, durability is a concern as the heating element breaks within 60 days, and customers find it overpriced for its performance.
