Customers appreciate the sound bar’s compact size, particularly for bedroom TVs. However, the sound quality receives mixed feedback, with some finding it very good while others say it’s terrible and too quiet. Moreover, compatibility issues are reported, with some customers successfully using Bluetooth with Samsung TVs while others couldn’t connect at all. Additionally, the remote control and volume control receive negative feedback, with customers reporting that the remote doesn’t work and the volume control is impossible to control. Furthermore, durability is a concern as units break after one month of use, and noise level is problematic with static and white noise louder than actual audio. Value for money is also mixed, with some finding it a good buy while others consider it a waste of money.
