Customers appreciate the door handle’s contemporary design and find it easy to install. However, the durability is concerning as the paint starts peeling within a year, and customers report issues with the deadbolt unit jamming easily. Moreover, the reliability and value for money receive mixed feedback, with some finding it excellent while others consider it a waste of money. Additionally, the keyed functionality receives mixed reviews, with customers noting the convenience of having both sides keyable.
