Customers find the carpet cleaner does a great job on carpets and appreciate its compact size. However, the machine has several issues: it leaks water like crazy, breaks after one use, and the handle won’t click into place. Moreover, customers disagree on whether it’s worth the money, and while some say it dries decently fast, others report it takes more than 5 hours for rugs to dry.
