Customers find the smart dimmer switch easy to install with a thorough setup guide in the Kasa app, and appreciate its dimming capabilities, particularly for raiding the fridge. The functionality and compatibility receive mixed reviews – while some say it works like a charm and integrates seamlessly with Alexa, others report it won’t work and won’t connect to the app. Moreover, durability is a concern as multiple customers report units failing within weeks to a year of use. Value for money opinions are divided between those who find it great for the price and those who say it’s not worth the money.
