Customers find the monitor stand exceeds expectations in terms of quality and sturdiness, with one customer noting it can tilt, swivel, and adjust monitors freely without resistance issues. The product is easy to assemble and mount with minimal effort, works well, and customers appreciate its appearance, with one mentioning it makes their desk setup cleaner. While customers find the stand heavy, they consider this a positive feature.
