Customers find the hose clamp pliers versatile, coming with various tools for different clamps, and appreciate their functionality and usefulness. However, the build quality receives mixed feedback, with some finding them well-made while others describe them as cheaply built. Moreover, durability is a concern as multiple customers report handles breaking on the first use, and opinions on value are divided between those who find them better than expected for the price and those who consider them not worth the money.
