Customers find the vacuum’s suction impressive and effective at picking up pet hair. However, the performance and value for money receive mixed reviews, with some customers happy with it while others find it horrible and not worth the money. Moreover, the handle durability is concerning as multiple customers report it breaking right away, and the maneuverability receives mixed feedback with some praising the swivel steering while others find it doesn’t maneuver easily. Additionally, durability is a significant concern, with customers reporting it only lasts 6 months to 18 vacuums in total.
