Why does sometimes come out darker when I use the same browning setting for multiple batches?

The appliance retains residual heat after use. For continuous batches of ttoast, leave approximately 3 minutes between cycles, or adjust the browning setting to maintain even toasting.

How should I correctly use Bagel mode and normal mode?

• Bagel Mode heats only one side; the inner heating element will not activate. If you want both sides of your bagel toasted, do NOT select Bagel Mode. Use Standard Mode instead (only the CANCEL indicator will light up).
