Customers find the baby gate works well, particularly for front porches, and appreciate its easy installation and quality. The pet containment feature receives positive feedback, with one customer mentioning it’s perfect for keeping kids and pets away from stairs. While some customers find it sturdy and easy to use, others report it’s not sturdy enough and difficult to operate. The retractability feature also gets mixed reviews, with one customer noting it rolls away completely when not in use.
