Customers find the coffee maker makes great-tasting coffee and appreciate its thermal carafe, though opinions on temperature retention are mixed – some say it keeps coffee hot while others report it being cold. The durability receives mixed feedback, with some expecting it to last many years while others report it breaking after a year. Moreover, the product has issues with water leakage, with customers reporting water spilling all over counters and the carafe being like a leaky sieve. Additionally, customers find it hard to pour, with the carafe spout being awkward to use, and opinions on value for money are divided between those who find it worth the money and those who don’t.
