Customers find the mop fantastic, easy to assemble, and appreciate its versatility as they can use different cleaners in the tank. Moreover, the cleaning performance is positive, with one customer noting it effectively picks up pet hair and dust bunnies. However, durability is a concern as multiple customers report the mop breaking within two weeks. Additionally, customers disagree on the value for money and ease of use, with some finding it worth the price while others say it’s not worth the cost. The spray performance also receives mixed feedback, with some saying it sprays well while others report it doesn’t work at all.
