How heavy is it?

The item is made mostly from solid wood, and weighs 7 pounds.

It feels like the pieces won’t fit together, what’s the trick?

We like to say “pivot” the corners of the pieces you are joining together first, like a “v”, then use the pivot to guide the pieces together. Our footrest is sturdy, and parts fit precisely.

How high off the ground is it?

The Tiel Footrest is 4 and 1/4″ high. We suggest all buyers check their support needs are met by that height.
