Customers find the rake effective at picking up leaves and appreciate its ease of use, particularly how it makes cleaning up leaves quicker. Moreover, they consider it well worth the money and versatile for yard work. However, the durability is concerning as the rake breaks after a few uses, and assembly issues are reported with pieces not screwing together properly. The size receives mixed feedback, with some praising the bag size while others find the scoopers smaller than expected.
