Customers find the office chair to be of good quality, comfortable, and nice-looking, with adjustable height that works smoothly. The back support and durability receive mixed feedback – while some praise the lumbar support and sturdiness, others report issues with absolute no back support and the chair breaking almost immediately. Customers disagree on whether the chair is worth the price, and stability is a concern as the chair doesn’t stay up properly.
