Customers find the jar opener helpful in the kitchen, particularly for those with arthritic hands, as it keeps them from straining or hurting their hands. The tool offers versatility with three size options for jars and bottles, and customers appreciate its utility. However, the opening capability and grip receive mixed feedback – while some say it makes jars easier to open and provides a good grip, others report it’s unable to open large jars and doesn’t always grip properly. Moreover, the size and fit aspects are problematic, with customers noting it’s too small for jars and doesn’t fit many lids. The overall quality receives negative feedback, with customers describing it as not great.
