Customers find the mattress cover to be a great topper that feels good to lay on and provides excellent cushioning, with one customer comparing it to laying on a fluffy cloud. They report improved sleep quality and pain relief, particularly for back and joint issues, and appreciate that it fits perfectly over egg crate and mattress like a glove. While the lavender scent is appreciated by some, others find it too strong, and durability is a concern as the mattress starts to split and tear. Customers consider it worth the price.
