Customers find the steam cleaner effective and easy to use, with good performance on sinks and small jobs, and appreciate that it uses steam rather than harsh chemicals for cleaning. The attachments and steam temperature receive mixed feedback – while customers like the multiple accessories, some report they fall off during use, and while it stays hot during operation, some mention it cools down quickly. The water capacity is criticized for being too small, and opinions on value for money are divided between those who find it worth the price and those who consider it overpriced.
