We recently purchased a dehumidifier for basement so far it is working great just had it a week. It is very quiet and has been collecting water on a daily basis and shuts off when full.

If the item doesn't work to your satisfaction call the seller; he was great

While the refurbished item had issues setting the humidity level and the "empty" signal going off constantly, I will say that the seller, Beach Camera Same Day Shipping, was VERY helpful and gave me an immediate refund. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again because they make it right, even if this item didn't work out.

Works as expected with drain hose to condensate pump. This is third renewed GE dehumidifier purchased over last 11 years. All working great. No reason to expect different with this one.

Works well. I gave it 3 stars because i did not come with a hose or an instruction manual, which is EXTREMELY HELPFUL.

Absolutely perfect to help keep my apartment dry. My air conditioner is over powered and leaves my apartment cold but uncomfortably damp. This isn’t loud, easy to empty. Perfect for 1000sq ft.
