Customers find the fingerprint door lock easy to install and set up, with awesome fingerprint recognition and good value for money. However, the lock’s reliability is mixed, with some reporting it works well while others say it stops working. Moreover, durability is a concern as the latch mechanism breaks under a month of use, and battery life is poor with the battery completely dead. Additionally, Bluetooth connectivity issues are significant, with customers reporting that the app would not connect to Bluetooth.
